If anything happened with your product then send us a message and we’ll send you a replacement for free. That only applies if our product truly didn’t meet our promise and broke down. It doesn’t apply if it just got dirty or you broke it on purpose. To be eligible for a new product you need to send us your order ID, email, name, and image of the broken product. All our items come with a 3-year warranty after warranty activation. Warranty needs to be activated within 2 weeks after ordering.
